Melanie Welsch Allums joined her husband’s firm after graduating from Birmingham School of Law. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Bessemer Bar Association. She covers several areas of practice at the firm:
- Motor Vehicle Accidents;
- Personal Injury;
- Disability Law;
- Family Law;
- Divorce;
- Child Support;
- Criminal Representation; and
- Probate.
Outside of her legal career, Melanie and her identical twin sister clogged on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” who named them as “Alabama’s Most Talented” in 2004. She frequently attends benefits and adoption events for animals, sharing her passion for all things furry. Melanie wants to get a pet goat next to go along with her cats, dogs, and miniature pig. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and went on to earn a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law while working full time. She believes the road to success is trying. Legal services are closely related to customer information.
