Scott Allums started his bankruptcy and consumer protection law firm in 2001. A fully licensed bankruptcy attorney, he has extensive experience helping businesses, individuals and families seeking debt relief. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998 with a B.S. in radiologic science and received his juris doctor from the Birmingham School of Law in 2001. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and Middle District of Alabama. His office is proud to be a member of the Bessemer Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Birmingham Better Business Bureau. Mr. Allums previously served as President of the Bessemer Bar Association.
