Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are accepted by the Trustee at this mailing address. Cash is not accepted at this address. Please remember to write your full name and case number on the check or money order to receive proper credit for your payment. If a personal check is returned for insufficient funds (NSF), the Trustee will assess a $10.00 returned check charge and this charge will appear on the interim statement for the debtor’s case.
SIXTH: In an emergency, if you are required to make a plan payment to the Trustee in 7 days or less, you or your attorney can make an “Over-the-Counter” payment (case number required), including cash payments, at any Renasant Bank location.
